We accept two types of payments. Orange and MTN Mobile Money and Bank transfers.

Please note. To pay for any order in the system, you must have a customer accounts in the system.
We have the following payment methods available:
Bank Transfer and Deposit payment
We also accept bank transfer payment. After processing the transfer, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, with the screenshot or image of bank receipt for proof verification.
During bank transfer, please specify the Individual Client Number assigned to you in the beginning in the Purpose of Payment field. Also please indicate the type of payment GDI (Goods Bought) when making a bank transfer, if required.
NB: During bank transfer and deposit, you should cross-check the bank details to make sure it is correct. VEL Auto & Parts is not responsible for incorrect input of information.

This process is fast and reliable as you can place an order and only the money for the order with be deducted from your account automatically.
